Use the steps in Lesson 8 and Lesson 9 to create your own system for working with Joint Venture partners.  Your system does not need to be the same as mine, but you do need to have the steps laid out so that you can make sure to follow-them for every JV that you do.  This system will change over time but will be fundemental for growing your business.
