FAQ:

How do I reset my password? – You can go to the following link https://www.educationrei.ca/login/?action=forgot_password  and reset your password anytime you wish.  You must know your username or the email address associated with the account.

How do I change my password? – You can go to the following link https://educationrei.ca/account/?action=newpassword and change your password, once you have logged in.

How do I change my email address? – For security purposes, at this time you cannot change your email address.  You should complete the form below and include your username and the type of membership you have, and we can do it for you.

How do I update my credit card? – In order to update your credit card information login to your dashboard and select “Subscriptions.” When you see the new menu, you can “Update” your credit card information by clicking on the link. Enter the new credit card information, and select “Save”.

How do I access the DurhamREI Rolodex? – In order to access the rolodex of contacts you must be logged in and visit the Rolodex page, under member resources.

How do I get receipts for my payments? – Login to your dashboard and click on the Payments button.  Print the page for your records.  You can also click on PDF in order to download a PDF copy of your invoices.

Can I pause my membership? – You can only pause your membership once for a maximum of 3 months as a member.  If you do not restart your membership, it will automatically be cancelled and you will need to repay the current membership amount and additional joining fee.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

DurhamREI/ EducationREI reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the club. If DurhamREI/ EducationREI refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.

Membership Cancellation by Participant

Membership cancellations received within 7 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less $50 service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. In addition:

  • All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

The above policies apply to all DurhamREI/ EducationREI memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
